Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you need to cancel a challenge or ask about a charge, contact us so we can review your request.
Before payment
You can stop before completing payment. Selecting an account or pressing “Continue to payment” does not itself charge your payment method or complete a purchase. Payment processing is not yet available on this site.
After a charge
If a charge has occurred, email support@meridiantrader.com with the email address on your account, the challenge selected, the date and the reason for your request. Do not email full payment card details. We will review the request, the applicable terms shown at purchase, service usage and any mandatory consumer rights before confirming an outcome. A refund is not guaranteed by submitting a request.
Technical or duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged in error or more than once, contact support with the relevant transaction reference so we can investigate. Applicable legal rights are not limited by this policy.
